Starting form--- 1940 to 2020. Not allow any others four Digit. Exaple--- 0000 are not allow
8. Password option must have view icon
9. After submit Generate registration No. Reegistration No is 7 Digit Dynamik,
not Starting –0{Zero} similar as OTP, which can be use for Document Opening Password
& Reset Password in future.
10. After complete registration shownig only succesful Massege . Not send reg no through Mobile sms/ email.
